You completed the 35 Day Running Challenge.

 

You know that over the past five weeks you’ve made a positive change within your life.

 

You can feel that your body is stronger, you have a new sense of calm; everyday life feels easier.

 

The best thing is that the challenge was so simple to follow and motivation was at a level you’ve not felt about exercise before, you’re determined to keep this newfound habit going.

 

It’s the greatest feeling in the world.

 

I know because I’ve been running and focussing on my health and fitness for coming up to forty years. I’ve even written a book about it: 'All About Running, From zero to running hero; a beginner's guide to fitness after forty'.

 

And what I can tell you is that the process of building a running and fitness habit is much easier than you think.

 

But only if you’re prepared to let someone help you to break down the barriers you’ve put up for yourself that have stopped you building your fitness habit so far.

 

You see we can give ourselves all kinds of reasons why we shouldn’t and couldn’t exercise. Over time, these become so deeply engrained that overcoming these barriers feels like an impossible task. We write-off something that absolutely IS possible as something we tell ourselves is out of our grasp.

 

That’s why I decided to create the 35 Day Running Challenge, to help prove that anyone who puts their mind to it can build an exercise habit into their lives and experience the life-changing benefits of daily activity.

 

So how does this work?

 

  • 35 days of exercise; three running days per week and four days of easy to follow, do-at-home strengthening exercises
  • A choice of training schedule to follow: 'Absolute Beginner', 'Zero to Twenty', or 'OK-4-5K'
  • A daily motivation, and reason to learn to LOVE running, emailed to you daily
  • Plan your week with our Weekly Planner
  • A time commitment of approximately 30 minutes each day (non-running days will be less)
  • Easy to follow
  • Support and accountability so that you do the work

 

How much is good health worth to you?

 

I can guarantee that there are activities you’ve said no to because you didn’t have the confidence that you were fit enough, or you didn’t have the energy for them.

 

It is likely that at some point this year you’ll experience some health issue that reminds you that your body is ageing and it leaves you feeling like you’ve got no control over the steady decline into old age.
